Das Analysengerät UF-5000 basiert auf unserem weltweit anerkannten Prinzip der Fluoreszenz-Durchflusszytometrie (FFC) und repräsentiert die neueste Technologie in der Urinanalytik. Das UF-5000 kann als Standalone-Analysengerät eingesetzt oder in ein modulares Lösungskonzept mit den Geräten der UN-Serie eingebunden werden, um einen nahtlosen, vollautomatischen Workflow am Urinarbeitsplatz zu erhalten – vom Probeneingang bis zur digitalen Bildausgabe.

Measurement principles
- Flow cytometry counts and classifies cells by analysing forward scatter light (FSC), side scatter light (SSC), side fluorescent light (SFL) and depolarized side scattered light (DSS)
Technology
- Fluorescence Flowcytometry is now performed with a blue laser (488nm)
- Two different analysis channels (surface and core)
- Depolarised side scattered (DSS) light signal
